I co-founded the independent team alongside four other founders, bringing together 25 additional contributors to turn a shared vision into a playable demo.

Ho coordinato un team di sviluppo di tre persone e lavorato direttamente su UI e meccaniche di gameplay. Ho creato strumenti per QA e designer e supportato Graphic, Gameplay e Sound Programmer. Con Gameplay Designer e Art Director ho allineato le scelte creative allo sviluppo tecnico, aiutando anche i membri non tecnici del team a usare Git.I coordinated a three-person development team and worked directly on UI and gameplay mechanics. I created tools for QA and designers and supported the Graphic, Gameplay and Sound Programmers. Together with the Gameplay Designer and Art Director, I aligned creative decisions with technical development and helped non-technical team members use Git.
